Receive income and give back with annuity
Larry Larson earned his civil engineering degree from UW-Platteville in 1962 and enjoyed a 60-year career in floodplain management. He attended on a scholarship and, in gratitude, has given back to the university for decades, including providing support for the new engineering building. “It’s important to get new students into engineering—and for those of us who benefited from a UW-Platteville degree to give back to educate the next generation.” Larry and his wife, Jennie, have established a gift annuity that will gain interest until Larry’s death. “It’s important to give back to the institution that provided you a profession for your personal growth.”
